                JRIRC is the only Robotics and Intelligent Systems Research Centre in sri lanka.JRIRC operates under the Java Institute for Advanced Technology.

                WTRC is the one and only Research Centre in sri lanka that provides all the facilities necessary to conduct any research in the field of Software Engineering and it operates under the Java Institute for Advanced Technology.

                                                                                                  

• Brain Technology and NeuroScience Research Centre(BTNRC)

About My Training Program in the Java Institute

         I'm doing Bsc.Software Engineering Degree at Java Institute.There three main steps in the training program.

• Diploma
• Higher Diploma                            
• Graduate Diploma

      The Duration of the Degree Program is three years.

In this degree,institute has two main aims.They are,

1. provide us a with good understanding of the theory,principles and technologies of Software Engineering.
2. Equip us with the skills to apply this knowledge and theory to a range of practical challenges.

Commercial  Projects

The WTRC is at present engaged in high-profile projects and two of its most prestigious projects include the National Healthcare System of srilanka and the National School Management System of srilanka.

          This particular project was a joint venture of the Ministry of Health of Srilanka and the WTRC. Further more,this project was an immense step forward in the Healthcare Sector of srilanka and the National Programme for Tuberculosis Control and Chest Diseases.All the medical services for the patients can be conveniently and efficiently managed via this software application.
